I don't know what your problem is. You don't bring up any evidence that the stuff is bad for you and some people feel it's good for you. It's good for joints, all kinds of pains and stuff. So you're going on a high horse. Not even letting people know what's the best way to try this stuff. In what stages and what to look out fo? R, you're trying to condemn it and combine it with pot. And everything else booze I don't know I don't trust you
what a coincidence, you said there haven't been any studies about how cbd affects insomnia but i've just watched youtube videos about exactly that all they predated your video by over 2 years…. this whole cbd debate is like a rumour mill go wild
No placebo effect here man,the CBN is a real nice sedative..real nice!!! You just might need something to help you sleep someday bud just saying…I dropped a like for ya!!
CBD never helped me with sleep.i was using D9 from Jersey dispo for years to help me sleep.I just started taking D8 with CBN in a tincture for a few nights ago and i sleep solid and sound like a baby all night long.IMHO its better than the D9 dispo stuff by far.I love the science that created this blending of certain cannabinoids. I am also dreaming again so my REM sleep has been improved and I feel more refreshed in the morning.
Makes perfect sense. In desperation with my chronic insomnia of 4yrs, I found phenibut which has definitely helped sleep but easily became a dependence..
Luckily I didn't go the path of others with increasing the dosage along with several other common sleep supps such as apigenin, zen time (lactium), tryptophan and magnesium threonate.. Also found Seriphos (phosphorylated Serine).. I have easily spent thousands over the past few years and would be great to take my life back as at 61, and extreme forgetfullness/limited recall, alzheimers feels a very real possibility..
From my own research it is only the magnesium and lactium that are beneficial while very hit and miss with the rest…Because of back disability am also on prescriptions of mirtazapine and buprenorphine patches that also likely interfere with sleep.. Reaaaaaaaaaally wish there were an easier way to kick the insomnia without CBT, but you do seem to put a gentler spin on it ..
I'm on sentraline Antidepressants for 25yrs now ,, Recently I suffer insomnia,,I went on CBD releaf for mood and sleep ,,but no help ..out of frustration I stopped abruptly with my antidepressants but then had to go back on antidepressants cos I suffered depression, anxiety, panic attacks all over again ,,now I back to not sleeping ..I was prescribed alzam for 6 mths but not happy to be on them .Pls advise .Thank u ,, blessings
My 2 cents (10+ years living with severe non-restorative sleep): If you have sleep issues do yourself a favor and take an appointment with a good Psychiatrist (not a neurologist, not a psychologist). He haves the right training to correctly identify and treat mental health issues with drugs if they are needed and you can complement it with CBT with a psychologist. Why? 99% of the time the root of sleep issues is depression, and if its a treatment resistant or chronic depression (or depression as a result of another more severe mental disease like schyzophrenia / bipolar / etc) IT NEEDS drugs to be correctly treated.

“I’m not familiar with the research”. Well then do not make a video expressing your opinion bout it. Research should precede forming one’s opinion.
Its 5am and ive been doing this now for two solid years every night.
THC fucks with rem sleep. Cbd doesn't.
