Very helpful. I'm switching to hemp milk and cashew as Im allergic to every other option. I've ordered some cartons from Ebay to get going as I can’t buy it locally, plus it's very expensive. I will need to get some seeds and make my own next time. How do you know when hemp milk has gone off or past its best? Its not as easy to tell, as it is with dairy.
