I too have general and social anxiety. Growing up, I didn't know why always felt so panicky everywhere I went. I felt like such a freak and a basket case and the voice in my head became very negative. I'm in the process of getting my diagnosis at 30. I really appreciate what you do, you videos and other Youtubers have helped me figure out what was going on with me and find a community of people just like me!
Yes, CBD does work. I used to be a smoker (gave up 15 years ago) and regularly still use THC so my mental health worker suggested CBD in a vape. It's been brilliant for me too. When I still worked it was always at a desk (roughly 15 years) but, thankfully, I never had to hot-desk. I wouldn't have accepted it full stop
This is neither to condemn nor support to use of chemicals as โtreatmentโ for any psychological or physiological condition. It is a cautionary statement.
Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the most widely used painkiller in the World and is considered safer than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen.
Acetaminophen has been highly researched, evaluated and tested. The manufacturing is performed under stringent controls to ensure purity and consistency of chemistry.
Regulations and controls ensures that there is consistency in all product which allows for laboratory verified dosage recommendations. No matter what brand you buy, the dosage recommendations are consistent.
With this, you would think Acetaminophen is the safest drug in the World. Yet, Heavy use or long term use of acetaminophen is associated with kidney disease and bleeding in the digestive tract. The medication also has been linked to increased risk of heart attack, stroke and high blood pressure.
CBD products may very well be of help to some people for some conditions. However, being totally unregulated, anyone can manufacture CBD products.
With no regulation, the quality, purity, and safety of CBD should be considered. With no consistency in product from one manufacture to another, there has been no clinical studies as to recommended universal dosage and any such recommendations are purely the manufactures own opinion. Indeed, studies of manufactures across the internet have shown high variation not only from one manufacture to others, but also within a single manufacture.
Any recommendations (or implied recommendations) to the use or consumption of any product for the purposes of treating any psychological or physiological condition, should, out of moral responsibility, provide appropriate information that CBD and other related products are not produced under regulated or controlled conditions. And consequently, the purity, consistency, effectiveness and side effects can vary greatly.
As such, the consumer has the ultimate responsibility to accept or reject the previous statements.
It should also be mentioned that still in many countries, the possession and use of CBD products (may) still be illegal.
Videos and Blogs concerning such products should be unbiased sources of information so people can make safe educated choices.

I had been using CBD for about half a year an it helped me a ton with my anxiety. My panic attacks were reduced so much that I barely paniced anymore. BUT I am very sensitive with everything I give "into" my body (a reason why I have huge problems with antidepressants though I'd love to use some) and the CBD made me soooooooo tired. Like drop whily walking. I had to stop using it. But I still love it and would use it again if my anxiety becomes worse again
Iโm anxious all the time whenever Iโm around anyone else, i get extra anxious at work and when I have too much to do and too little time. I take CBD in tincture, topical, and gummy form and it helps a lot- especially when anxiety is impacting my sleep or giving my headaches. i have to use high CBD and lowest to none THC to get a good effect.
Brilliant Brilliant video IndieAndy ๐๐๐ so timely because I have been looking into CBD & talking with a Naturopath & a friend who has taken this in the past. Great that there is International Shipping ( hopefully it won't get sent back like another parcel that a friend sent me from another Country ๐ค ) I just love watching your videos & your not just a guy in a room with his toys because you experience Autism 24/7 & to me that's your qualification. We Autistics can chime in with extra facts or whatever….. I really enjoy your candidness & your "boom!" It's so enjoyable to watch. Take care & Thanks for this great video ๐ฅ
This video is exactly what I needed today. Thank you so much! Definitely going to look into naturecan. I like that they ask questions to help you choose the right thing. The way that you describe anxiety is exactly how it is for me. Change is also one of my triggers. It helps to let me know as soon as the person finds out about it & gives me all the information they have about it. I'll probably still have a million questions though.
Great video. Anxiety has been a constant companion for myself as well, and although it has been mostly manageable, the past year has made it frequently not so. I have been using cannabis (high-thc) for years now, but have recently been seriously considering trying CBD, since anxiety is an issue all the time, including at work (fingers crossed that I find another position during this pandemic nightmare), when I cannot use cannabis or be in any way impared, and I really could do without the just below the surface, low-level anxiety baseline.
Hot desking or just being generally being moved to a different desk is the worst thing about office working, IMO. My work used to do desk moves all the the time before Covid happened, but thankfully I got a new role in a team that doesn't move. ๐
Awesome! Thank you! This is such a coincidence hahaha I been looking at CBD oil again since yesterday, and now u upload a video about it haha. I have used melatonin with CBD oil before and it worked sooooooooo good! But then they made this new law so it wasn't available anymore, that company released a new version but this did totally NOTHING to me. I'll try out naturecan for sure, thank you! Btw I noticed you often don't say the T… Anxie E, Calcula or, Quali e. its funny.

I am on the Autism spectrum. My sensory sensitivities/overload, anxiety, and depression is getting worse. Does CBD help?

desk hopping is STUPID AND POINTLESS!!! having your own permanent desk is great because you can make it feel like a mini home
Yo I totally get the constant anxiety thing. Generalised Anxiety Disorder is a bitch.
