It least with depression I have managed to survive and I can leave me home. I can't comment about anxiety I don't want it. I have enough on my plate coping with my burden. My problem is that I don't like a lot of people I think they are a waste of space. HELP!
Hi Douglas, As I told you recently, a month ago I came through Grade 3 (winds 165-224kph) severe tropical cyclone Gabrielle, which claimed lives and caused massive destruction here in Hawkes Bay, NZ. It was an event I never expected in my 71 years and yet it happened and I survived. Now my anxiety on a scale 1-10 is about 3, when it used to be 7-8, proof that we all have hidden resources we don’t even know about until they are tested and every challenge makes us stronger.
CBD helps a lot of people. For me it does next to nothing other than improving sleep quallity. However I can tell you what did work. Spirulina, the blue green algae supplement. It has tryptophan for your body to make serotonin and other neurotransmitters from (way more than turkey has) and I found several scientific papers explaining its antidepressant properties, kind of SSRI-like. It also has vitamin B12 and protein.
